Meet Me

Hi, I'm Mary K. Hild. With  more  than  two  decades  as  a  counselor  in both  alternative  and  traditional  schools,  I have positively  impacted  the  lives  of  hundreds  of  students (many  of whom  I am  still  in contact  with).  My experience  teaching  Special  Education  and many  years  of  substitute  teaching  at  the  high  school level  developed  my  compassion  and  sharpened  my wit. My understanding  of  humanity was  broadened during  my 14  years  in  the  Air  Force  Reserves,  where I traveled  through much of Europe and  Asia. Born  and  raised  in  northern Minnesota,  I have  lived most  of  my adult  life  in  Washington  state’s  beautiful Puget  Sound  region.
